About This Course
Communication is a critical skill that is central to so many other skills. Imagine being a ground breaking mathematician or a research scientist with a cure for cancer. Without effective communication, you can't leverage genious. Imagine having life saving resources in a crisis, if you can't communicate, you can't employ those resources effectively. Every path to greatness or simply basic effectiveness requires effective communication.
While we might call a message on the side of a package as communication, this course defines communication far more stringently. It breaks down the parties in communicating laying out responsibilities and looks at the process from both sender and receiver perspective.
